To the family of Brittany, We are so very sorry for your loss! I know what you are going through. We lost our precious Leah in much the same way. I just want you to know we feel your pain. Thank you Grandma Rose for reaching out to us. The card you sent with Leah's picture was a comforting gesture, I cried. I know you feel our pain as we do yours. When I read what you wrote about the pain and heartbreak you feel over the loss of Brittany, it made me think of what my mother said( Leah's mamaw) She told me, I've lost a daughter, a husband, a mother, a father, a brother, and all the pain for them together does not compare to the pain she feels over the loss of Leah. Leah was her baby, and she has several grandchildren, but Leah was so special to everyone. My sister and I would have fought over who got Leah if anything had happened to her parents, that is how much we all loved her. I have read some things about Brittany, and she makes me think of Leah. Leah loved the outdoors too, had lots and lots of friends, never spoke bad of anyone. People were in line for hours at her recieving friends memorial. I guess at least 2,000 people. She was so loved.
